Negative experience: Scammers!!!!!!!!!!!! Please dont go to these guys.I have paid full amount for the driving lessons 2022 and they didn't even give a single class yet.They dont have any office and the address given is not correct and tired of calling these guys..I don't understand how did they get these good reviews on google. please don't go to those guys..save your money and time..Lost $590 CAD .

Negative experience: This is scam. My son has finished his 3 months ago still no certificate. They don't pick the calls after 10 times they respond once with text. Even driving instructor warned me after giving lesson to my son. Please avoid

Fantastic experience: Honestly I’m terrified of the road but these guys are legit miracle workers! The lady on the phone explained everything so nicely, even though I hadn’t gotten my G1 yet she explained all the steps and even helped me find practice questions online and I hadn’t even registered with them! Came back and took their BDE course and they sent the link to the online portion, course is super easy and there’s even a customer service team to answer any technical questions you have (which I called many times haha). But! The star of the show was my driving instructor Luna, who was so professional and patient and honestly a sweetheart! She never made me feel stupid for not getting the steps rights and went above and beyond in making sure I really got it! I went to the Brampton location and passed !! Would definitely recommend tbh and I’m gonna send my sister next year too

Fantastic experience: The online courses were really thorough and perfect for beginners, but my driving instructor, Sear, is who really helped me translate the course information to actual driving. I learned how to parallel park, three point turn, back into a parking spot and more very quickly because of his straightforward approach. On top of that, he's very patient, so it took away the fear of messing up. I got my G2 on my first try thanks to him! Good school and even better driving instructors.

Fantastic experience: I am giving 5stars only because of my driving instructor SEAR. I highly recommend any nervous and first time driver as me to go book driving lessons with Sear who is very calm and always has a positive attitude. He was very understanding when i had to postpone my lessons by a month due to personal reasons. Because of him i passed my G2 in one go. Other than that,the school took almost 2months to assign me my instructor. As I wasnot in a hurry so that worked out for me so be prepared.

Negative experience: This is a fly by night operation. Might as well take your cash and throw it in the garbage. They are highly unresponsive. Took weeks to actually get any lessons, the instructor is never available and no call back. Furthermore they did not update the details of the Beginners Driving Education on the driving license history, for which they are charging. No one answers the phone and guess what, the office locations mentioned are shut. Good luck getting anything of value from them. Please go elsewhere.

Negative experience: I took a BDE course from them and had a very bad experience. It literally took me like 5-6 months just to finish the 10hour driving lesson portion because the instructor was never able to give continuous lessons. Some lessons were like 2-3 weeks apart (sometime even longer). Whenever I called to ask what was going on they wouldn’t pick up and give excuses. Finally had it completed couple of months ago. I am not the only one who has had this happen before, unbelievable.

Negative experience: This school is really lackadaisical, aside from the teaching aspect they were terrible with customer service when it came to the driving instructor. I was doing lessons before the pandemic and when the lockdown came I stop, makes sense. However after most the restrictions were lifted they tried to tell me I can’t get a new one. Through compromise I was able to get one but the person I was on the phone with told me to send him some information on text and that the school will get back to me and then reacted to my message with a laughing reaction and no call back for 3 weeks. I called back again for them to tell me to call back In another week and then I did and they were able to finally get me an on road driver but it’s been 3 or 4 weeks now and still nothing.

Negative experience: the absolute worst driving school. Does not even deserve a 1 star review. Please be aware and dont be fooled by the glowing reviews you see on their page. They offer under the table cash discounts, special preferred rates for reviews and even ask their students to write reviews for a good marks. They try to trick people by offering "guaranteed lowest price in town" but will literally make you pay for their service and then you have to beg them to get what you paid for otherwise they will just ignore you. This business, their service and the entire operation is all a lie. They are extremely lazy and have no desire to help their clients. I am extremely disappointed in the owner MAHA. She does not care about her clients and just wants your money. I cannot begin to express the nightmare this place has put me through. They are unresponsive, do not take calls or reply to messages. I have completed the course over 1 month ago and they have still not submitted the certificate to the MTO. Prior to that it took nearly 1 month before receiving an email link for the online classes then another month before being assigned an instructor. Even while doing the driving lessons with the instructor, he had advised me of how regretful he is working with this school and had advised after the month he will no longer be working with this company because of how unorganized and unprofessional they are. The instructor even admit himself, he would never recommend this school to anyone. Its crazy that even their own staff/ partners dont want to work with them. Trusting that these people were a reputable school after reading their reviews has been the biggest slap in my face. Im writing this review so others do not make the same mistake as i did. It is the worst position to be in as weeks are going by and many calls/ messages are being sent with no response. they dont do their part to ensure the paperwork is submitted to the MTO. They do not wish to see their students succeed and do not care one bit about their clients. I have already filed a complaint with the MTO, kept all papertrails and records of the efforts made in contacting the school and will escalate the matter much further if they do not respond or resolve the issue.

Negative experience: I won't recommend this school to anyone. They are very UNPROFESSIONAL and very DISHONEST. I told them I've emailed them so many times about the driving certificate. They asked for my information and never got back to me. I've completed my course 2 years ago (2020) and got my license G2 in 2021. I called them to ask about the certificate for insurance purpose but they just beat around the bush. Then they texted me said that I just completed my course less than a week ago!

Negative experience: This Company provides absolutely terrible service, varying from the in-car trainers to the management. I have been trying to get my certification of completion sent to service Ontario and every time I call they have an excuse for why it hasn’t been sent. Please save your money. They have a excuse for everything and it’s very frustrating dealing with this company. Makes sense that they are not affiliated with BBB. The positive reviews are 100% from family or friends. AAA Planet, I will be waiting for confirmation that my certificate has been sent so that I can take down my bad review. If I didn’t call who knows how long this would’ve taken. I’m very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I am beyond happy that I chose Aaa planet driving as my choice for driving school. Not only are they attentive and informative but they have amazing instructors. I was place with the instructor Luna. I was so scared at first because of course I was learning to drive but she made me feel so confident and comfortable. She takes her time to explain and draws everything out for you before she begins her lessons. She teaches you about the car and goes over car rules with you before proceeding to drive into the streets. She is so bubbly and pleasant to be around with and will never make you feel bad for any mistakes you make. She encourages you to keep practising and makes sure that by the end of the 10 classes you are ready for your test. Honestly it was a pleasure having her as my instructor. If anyone wants to every sign up for lessons don’t forget to ask for Luna! You won’t regret it :)

The only major issue was that it took a while to find a driver and I think this was because of the pandemic. Otherwise, everything else went well. My driver was nice, professional, very helpful, and wanted me to succeed.

I completed my in- car driving lessons with Luna , my driving instructor. Fantastic experience: I did my 10 hours of in car lessons with this driving school. My instructor Luna was super understanding and sweet and taught me everything I needed to learn for my g2 driving test, which I did last week and passed on the first try!!

Positive experience: I got registered myself for BDE course with this institute in May . Due to covid I completed my 30 hrs online course at home in June. Now I had to go on road for my driving lessons but due to covid I had to wait. After long wait in September I got my driving instructor Luna. The wait is worth it she was a wonderful person,very calm ,very punctual and very cooperative. I was scared of driving and road but she helped me getting over that fear. Inspite of her busy schedule she managed my classes according to my schedule. I highly recommend this institute and driving instructor Luna. Because of them i pass my G2 road test. I never had any issue with institute or a instructor they respond my calls or messages same day. Very thankful to whole team.

Negative experience: DO NOT SIGN UP FOR DRIVING LESSONS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I have already finished all the online portion of the course and have asked to start my in car lessons 3 months ago as my in class lessons are going to expire soon. They told me they were busy and didn't have the drivers but will put me as priority so that my membership does not expire. I followed up a month later and no response. When you call, they just forward a text message to your phone asking what you need but don't answer the text messages when you respond!! I have already paid for this course yet am not able to reach them any longer. I want my money back or my in class lessons! I have already booked my road test because there's a long wait and now I worry that I will not be able to make it because of the poor management of this company! I am extremely disappointed and frustrated as I don't want to re-do my whole driving course somewhere else when I have already paid.

Negative experience: Don't bother going there. THEY DON'T CALL BACK and If they do then its months later. These thugs are just looking for money. Buyers be aware and don't waste your time as you will miss your road test as I almost did last month. Try calling other schools instead of one and don't go by ratings as its just the students one who given them for passing marks in BDE Course. Thank me later!

Negative experience: Seems like all the above 5 star ratings are paid or from friends/family. Registered with AAA planet in Aug, 2021 for driving lessons and course. They took total cost in advance and never issued the drivers safety certification. They only gave online training and keep making excuses of no driver available due to pandemic and they don’t even answer the phone calls or messages for last 3 months. I will never recommend anyone to this school. Tried to visit their physical office, but they don’t even have a physical office anymore. When I asked for refund, they say they will only issue a fraction of what was paid and will not provide training certificate. I’ll surely complain about them in Better Business Bureau.

Fantastic experience: I got lessons for both g2 and g here. The instructors are awesome! Passed on my first go for both. Literally booked my g test for the week after and got two lessons the day before the test and passed the very next day. Definitely recommend. The service is awesome and the owner is a sweetheart. Because it was a short notice and no instructor was available, so the owner gave me lessons herself.

Negative experience: The teacher takes it way too serious. Lots of work load, although the driving instructor by the name of Syed was amazing. Me and my friend got in trouble for not answering easy questions. I suggest getting on road lessons from here not in class. Conversations are very one sided by the teacher. Or it could just be that I’m being a wuss. Idk

Fantastic experience: I am pleasantly surprised at the amount of information I received from coming to this Driving Institution. Many of my friends told me I wasted my money by doing this course but I was quite determined to do it as I realise from driving with my friends and taking Public Transportation that Driving here in Canada can be very challenging therefore going to get Driving Lessons will be of utmost importance in order to understand the Road Rukes as well as Signs if I want to drive in Canada and do it well.

Positive experience: Overall this course has taught me what I need to know about driving on the road, but it takes works to understand what your doing. I enjoyed, but I didn't like the fact that if you miss a class you have to wait 1month to write that session again other thank that it was a good course nice small space and instructor :)

Fantastic experience: I Love this driving school! Teachers actually care about you and will go to all extents to make sure that they can deliver what is promised, for both in class and in car. Class sessions are super informative and interesting. They have car stimulators and drunk googles, which is pretty amazing and no other driving school had them. Their call secretaries are so helpful and nice, there is no way that you will ever have a problem with them! I passed on my first try and will defiantly refer others. TRUST ME, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH OTHER SCHOOLS, JUST GO HERE AND PASS ON THE FIRST TRY!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: Stay away from these unprofessional crooks. Their driving instructors are insolent and rude who don’t make appointment for driving lessons. Instead, they call you 15 minutes before the class if you are available. There is no coordination between their office and driving instructors. It’s up to the students to remind the instructors to report the completion of driving hours to the office. Also, students have to remind the office to send the report to ServiceOntario. When you call them, they ask you to text them. When you text them, they don’t respond. Extremely unprofessional way of operating the business They make students give 5 stars to their business for extra passing points, so be careful about all those good reviews.

Positive experience: This driving school taught me everything i need to know as a first time driver. The classes were interesting and informative, the instructors were very helpful and explained the concepts in different ways so it is understandable to everyone. Really worth the money!

Fantastic experience: I joined this school this past summer, and knew absolutely nothing about cars or driving when I first entered. However, the in class training sessions with Maha were extremely fun, as she not only teaches, but also makes the experience very interactive by asking questions and rewarding answers- whether or not they are right:) it provides a great opportunity to ask questions and get doubts cleared, and in my experience specifically the in class sessions went by really quickly because I had a lot of fun. Also, my driving instructor managed to transform me from an individual who did not even know the difference between the brake and gas pedal; to a really good driver all within the 10 classes! I would recommend this school to all my family and friends for sure:)

Positive experience: Good learning environment where students are encouraged to participate for better marks. In class questions are answered thoroughly. This school may even provide hands on learning with a driving simulator and drunk impaired glasses to help students further understanding.

Fantastic experience: I finished my course with them, I was really nervous when I first started but Maha made me feel very comfortable and made the classes fun to do. I enjoyed the candy questions and the discussions we would have with the class. I ended up registering my younger brother with me after attending one day of the in class session because it was very informative and fun at the same time. Now me and my brother are taking the in car lessons and they are fantastic. A choice well made.

Negative experience: Had the pleasure that turned into fear after taking my niece on the road today after getting 20 lessons with AAA Planet, specifically Maha!! Clearly they do not know the fundamentals of teaching and driving! Spent 2 hours undoing poorly taught driving habits! If you want to learn wrong rules of the road and be called a "Brampton Driver", signup with them and pray your kids dont get hurt when they do start driving by themselves!

The teacher made sure all students were intent and were rewarded with the right answers. The teacher was also very encouraging when doing work insisting everyone participates to get the full expiernce. I learned a lot from this class and I defiantly would recommend.

Fantastic experience: This is a great course for beginner drivers. Every new driver after they get the G1 license are recommended to take this course. The in-class and in-car instructors are great and the teaching style is very nice. For a reasonable price, they give excellent service. After this course, people would definitely feel confident for their road test.

Fantastic experience: Attending AAA driving school was such a great experience! It was efficient yet concise and I didn’t have a hard time at all in regards to conceptual knowledge. I now feel prepared to be on the road and am confident in the precautionary steps I need to make in case of a hazard :)

Positive experience: I learned about this driving school through my neighbour and I am glad that I decided to come here. The in-class portion was really good and I could tell that Maha is passionate about what she does. They try their best to ensure that you both understand the material and pass the course. They are understanding of circumstances and processed my file quickly even though I wrote my exam close to my deadline. The only thing I didn't like was that my driving instructor left things to teach me until the last lesson instead of teaching me everything first and using the last lesson as a practice exam. I think you get your money's worth with this driving school.

Fantastic experience: This is the place to go if you're looking for quality services. I enrolled my twins here, both aged 16 and Never touched a car before. The owner, Maha, assured me that they will learn everything according to the ministries standards and she was right. My children received what they paid for. Maha is a great teacher in the classroom and gave my children the knowledge to keep them safe on the road. The secretary is very friendly and took her time with my calls. The driving instructor my children had was very professional. He did not use his phone and both my children received one on one training. He taught my children how to drive safer so thank you to AAA Planet!

Fantastic experience: I just passed my G2 today from them! I took the full course with the in class part as well. The in class was so much fun and interactive and funny! I enjoyed the conversations that Maha would carry with the class. She was very funny with her jokes and teaching. I felt like I could ask any question to her or her staff (sorry for bugging you guys aha!) but they were so patient each time! My in car teacher was so kind and explained things with logic and took her time with me each time. I will definitely bring my little sisters to this driving school! I thought it would be boring but it was so so worth it! Good luck in the future guys!!! :)))))))
