Negative experience: I paid for my son to take the full course to get his driver's license and so we would get the insurance discount. After my son's driving lessons were complete, I tried numerous times to contact them in regards to the classroom portion. I called and left messages, I emailed, I messaged on Facebook and no one ever replied back to us. Because of this, my son never did the classroom portion (which I paid for!) and we were never able to receive his certificate and get the 20% discount on our insurance rates. Very bad customer service and terribly run company.

Positive experience: I had Raman Di as my driving instructor. She is impeccable in her teachings and I am grateful having her as my instructor.

Fantastic experience: I had great experience with raman. She was so kind and good as she really helped me alot to pass my roadtest. Her teaching skills are excellent. Moreover, she helped me alot to overcome my fear of driving.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional. She told us the day she will hold the class and then didn’t respond for a day and then suddenly said she can’t come. Don’t recommend.

Fantastic experience: Raman from Candrive is the best as she keeps telling all the rules while driving practice so it fits in your memory, she identifies even small errors, tells us how to rectify them and what issues that error might cause. She ensures you are fully prepared before your test but in the end it’s upto ourselves about how much we listen to what she is saying. 100% recommend her for your license journey

Negative experience: I called candrive to start my driving classes with them..i talked to Rajbir...she told me that i will set schedule..i again called next day then she again told me that send me your address we will start ...i waited for 3,4 days but got no response after calling 4 times to her..i just want to say that if u have no time fr classes then don't hesitate to say no to students ..

Negative experience: In my recent engagement, I faced challenges in communication with Ranbeer. Despite several follow-up attempts via text message and phone over a period of 6 weeks or more, I did not receive a proper response and haven't had a class over 6 weeks. This has impacted my timeline as I was planning to get my driving license this summer . Initial interactions with Ranbeer was positive, and she is a good trainer but timely communication is crucial for successful collaboration. I hope for more prompt responses in future engagements to others to meet their expectations.

Negative experience: We've called numberous times trying to book for driving lessons. Everytime either no one answers or i get told I'll get a call back. The one time the lady actually did answer she told me to text her my information.. ive done it twice with no reply back at all. Its been a month of trying to get booked in. We wanted the home online course and 10 hours driving. Dont even bother trying here. They done want your business!

If you are planning to attend this driving school, ask for Ramen, as she is calm, collected and patient. No matter how many questions you may have, she will answer all of them kindly and with details. I passed my road test on my 1st attempt and it was only because of Ramen, when I was panicked and extremally nervous for my road test she calmed me down and boosted my confidence level.
