She is a fantastic instructor, very kind but firm — she lets you know what you could improve on and works with you so you can get better. I had some anxiety about driving before, but after driving with her I was able to feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel. I could have never imagined myself behind the wheel until I started driving with her, she is extremely patient and instills confidence while driving and I couldn't recommend her enough for anyone learning to be a confident driver. One more thing I would highlight about City driving school is none of their instructors take phone calls while they are driving with you, so I got undivided attention from her during the entire time, which was great.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I, are new to Edmonton, and we shortlisted City driving for our driving lessons. I undertook a brush up course as i have left hand driving experience while my wife took a comprehensive course as she is new to left hand but has been driving right hand. Mr Navdeep was assigned as our instructor, the lessons went well, he regularly motivated us, and ensured that we are aware of all minute details from road signs, speed, parking, lane discipline etc. With that confidence and knowledge, we both appeared for road test and were able to pass in our first attempt. We simply owe credit to City school and Mr Navdeep.

All they want is to learn their students the right way of safe driving. My Daughter's instructor Navdeep is awesome without his help and guidance she wouldn't be able to pass her road test. Even up to the last minute before she will take her road test he is coaching her to focus and calm down. Couldn't ask for more he taught her everything so that she could pass her exam. I contacted city driving and they were extremely profesional. They scheduled my lesson and showed up in time. Fantastic experience: Took my classes for class 5 advanced road test from Suzanne Chaudhary here. She is a really good and competent instructor. Was patient and encouraged me to drive responsibly. I stay far away from any major city. But, they arranged for a class and a rental car at such a short notice during my time in Edmonton. The car itself was new and I didn't face any problems while driving for the test. Needless to say that I passed without any problems and major mistakes as I was made to repeat the maneuvers which helped build confidence and avoid mistakes in the main test.

Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this company. I did 6 brush-up driving hours—the first four with Suzan, and the last two with Navdeep the day of my driving test. Both instructors were very kind, supportive, and reassuring in how they offered their constructive feedback, and they also didn’t hesitate to compliment what I did well (which totally increased my confidence). From someone who felt beyond nervous the driving test, trust me when I say that having either of these instructors on your side is a game-changer. Positive experience: I was so impressed with the instructor I had. She was incredibly patient and understanding while still being firm and teaching me so much in a very short period of time. The full course was definitely worth every penny and then the brush up course just before test day really helped to build my confidence. The administration was absolutely terrible with communication in both cases (had to call multiple times just to get anything done including sending my certificate of completion) but my actual instructor was beyond compare and made any negatives worth it.
