Fantastic experience: teached me a lot and different methods i did not know, it helped me a lot throughout the test and how to do certain things which gave me the ability to pass the test first try. if i were to do it again i would take it with wards driving because of what they taught me and the ways to drive.

Fantastic experience: Wards was such an amazing driving school to go to and i’m happy it was the one I chose. I had Michael as my driving instructor. He was very straightforward and was easy to learn from while also being easy to talk to. He helped me learn all the basics I needed to from parallel parking to 3 point turns and how he taught it was very understandable and helpful. The school itself was very good aswell. Recommend 100%!

Negative experience: My daughter took the in car lessons in Clinton. Her "teacher" from London did not know the Clinton area at all and always took the same driving route for each & every "lesson". After completing her in car lessons there is still no way she learnt enough for the drivers test. My 2 other kids had the driving teacher from the Exeter area (previously with the former driving school in the area taken over by Wards) he was awesome.Took them to Clinton to drive around to get used to area for drivers test, also made their last in car session double the length to take them to London. He also had them practice their parallel parking a dozen times the "teacher" from London teaching in Clinton had my daughter practice a couple times only. If I could rate the training drivers only I would give the one teaching in Clinton zero stars. The driving teacher in Exeter would get all 5. My 4th child will be learning with the one in Exeter. All in-classes & the rest to do with Ward's was great. This review is basically with the one driving teacher. It's a lot of money to spend if you are not getting the best learning experience possible. To end up still needing help after your paid lessons. To not feel confident enough for the test in in my opinion a fail & waste of money.

Fantastic experience: Puneet is a great instructor and engages with us very well making sure that we take in the information he is teaching us. This course has helped me a lot with learning how to drive and overcome anything that may happen while I am in the car driving. He has made this course interesting and I looked forward to going to the sessions every week. She was able to complete the in-class training in Clinton in 4 consecutive days over spring break, then do the 5, in-car driving lessons over the next few months after obtaining her G1. Fantastic experience: Puneet is a great driving instructor! He helped me pass my G test after only 2 full days of lessons with him. Not only did he prepare me for the G test, he also made sure to teach me life skills to survive on the road which were extremely important!! He accommodated my schedule given that my test was coming up really soon and made sure I got enough time in to practice. I passed the G test because of him! Before this, I had taken the G test 3 times over the past 5 years and failed each time. Thanks to Puneet and the great instructions and tips he provided I was able to pass after he taught me. He came well recommended to me by my friends and all 3 of us have passed our driving tests! Overall cannot recommend this company and Puneet enough. Fantastic experience: The experience was great. I was paired with Puneet and overall everything was amazing. I was really scared of driving especially terrified of other cars and people, but with reassurance and several personalized techniques Puneet was able to make me comfortable operating the car. Additionally, a lot of accommodations were made for my schedule, and lessons could be made even at 7 am, which allows for flexibility and making sure that learning how to drive doesn’t interfere with other responsibilities. To continue, Puneet is awesome as an instructor, extremely patient and supportive and he will show how to do parallel park or anything else multiple times until you truly understand and can make it safely and correctly. As a bonus, you can take your test in other neighboring towns and you can ask for a “test drive”, where you’ll drive to the city and explore it for an hour to make sure you’re prepared for an actual test and know about some “tricky” parts of the town. I’ve passed my G2 with a first try without any problems, and it was made mostly due to lessons with Puneet, so highly recommend and it’s a good choice for a driving school

Fantastic experience: Yafeth was an amazing driving instructor, I went into our first session with very little driving experience and with a lot of anxiety when behind the wheel. He taught me the basics of driving including lane changes, left and right turns, one way streets, three point turns, and all the forms of parking imaginable and made me extremely comfortable behind the wheel.

Fantastic experience: After successfully passing both my G2 and G road tests on my first attempt, I have nothing but great things to say about Wards Driving School. I completed the in-class portion with instructor Puneet and my in-car portion with Chuck. Chuck demonstrated amazing patience and teaching skills to help my form the fundamentals - and with his teaching it was an easy pass obtaining my G2. I recently contacted Puneet to help with a refresher to prepare for my G. He was able to navigate appointments - despite my unreliable work schedule, and the fact that i needed to commute an hour and a half - and remained willing to work with me even after a last minute cancellation. Puneet was willing to make arrangements in his schedule to allow for a short notice appointment for the hour before my road test and the use of his car during the test. Having had 10+ years foreign experience, I had an initial evaluation with him and then he quickly set up a plan and date for me to get my full G licence. Fantastic experience: My overall experience with Yafeth (my driving instructor) was amazing. He taught me very well and made sure to include just about everything you need to know to drive and pass the test in a very uplifting fun way. I haven’t met with any other driving instructors but i have a strong feeling that Yafeth is one of the best. He corrected me and taught me new things with sternness but not rudeness and it helped a lot. He also made sure that i was comfortable and could understand him at all times (which i could understand him perfectly) And my favourite part is that he praised me and made me feel very happy when achieving whatever the goal was each lesson, but made sure i knew not to be over confident in the test. 10/10 experience with Yafeth, wouldn’t ask for any other instructor.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with the help and guidance I have received from Wards and my instructor, Puneet. It is a great place to begin if you are learning how to drive, as my parents and instructor have seen improvement in my driving ability after taking lessons. Fantastic experience: I credit passing my G test to my driving instructor Puneet. Five years since my G1, I had picked up many bad habits - some apparent and some I didn't even know about. Puneet's teaching style was exactly what I needed. He was candid and honest with my driving ability, calling out my mistakes and bad habits as he saw them, yet doing so in a logical, considerate, and non-aggressive manner. If you need someone to genuinely assess your driving ability and to point out how you can perfect your driving skills to pass the G test, call up Wards and ask for Puneet. It also doesn't hurt that he is sociable and pleasant to chat with during lessons.

Fantastic experience: My instructor was very clear with his instructions and honest with his feedback. He wanted to make sure I understood everything he was saying and would take me to work on anything I wasn’t as comfortable with. I felt I learned how to drive confidentiality and safely on the road. When I went for my road test I felt very comfortable on the road and was able to take the test with full confidence.

Negative experience: We chose Ward's because of a referral but we did not have anything like the experiences listed here. Lessons cancelled with almost no notice, finishing in car lessons early, frequent rescheduling and difficultly in completing lessons. My son liked the lessons cuz the guy was chill and had a sic car. There has to be better choices!!

Fantastic experience: I had a very traumatizing experience with cars; after getting my G1 4 year ago; I got hit by a car twice and one minor accident, I wasn’t even the one driving. For years getting behind the wheel was not an option for me, being in a car and seeing oncoming traffic freaked me out. That until I came across WARD Driving School. Thank you to My instructor Yafeth, for reassurance; he gave me the confidence to drive comfortably. He explained every steps clearly, his passion for everyone to succeed is a plus! Fantastic experience: The driving instructors are amazing .i had puneet for my driving instructor . I have been his student on and off for the last 10 years . Little back story . I went to him for 1 on 1 lessons . He told me I wasn't ready for my g2 and I did it anyways.(I didn't listen I failed. Not his fault he's a great teacher I just didnt have anyone else to practice when I was practicing with him. So I was discouraged I let my license expire. He did try to encourage me to keep going but of course I'm stubborn. fast forward 10 years later I came back to him ready to start again .He is very personable gives me tips and tricks while also being funny. He goes above and beyond for his students. Makes u feel so comfortable in the car.Thanks to him I have gotten my g2 and today I just passed my g road test. He's so accommodating he's friendly makes u feel like a friend rather then a student. He's the best . Honestly you cannot go wrong with wards. 100% worth every penny. No regrets.

My teacher Yafeth gave me great driving tips and tricks so that it would be easier for me to pass the driving test. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone trying to improve there driving so that they can pass there driving test.

Fantastic experience: I took my drivers ed at Wards a bit ago in high school and had a great experience! I had my G2 exit test coming up so I contacted Puneet about booking a lesson for my G test as I was a little nervous about parallel parking, backing in etc. He made sure to fit me last minute and calmed my nerves about my driving test. Leading me to succeed and pass my G2 exit test! Would highly recommend Wards New Drivers to anyone looking for drivers ed as they are great!!

Fantastic experience: I started classes with Puneet 3 months before my G2. I had been on the road before and Puneet was quick to point out my strengths and weakness. He also made me feel very confident in his teaching. I later switched instructors with Yafeth due to Punnet being away. Yafeth placed a lot of emphasis on safety Driving and anticipation. Within a few sessions, I was able to predict and handle many different situations and roads. I could tell Yafeth had a deep passion for teaching. He would go out of his way to explain concepts, make corrections, and above all inspire confidence in me which is ultimately the reason why I passed the G2 very quickly. Overall, it is very clear that Wards places high priority on quality and safe driving. You will be in the right hands at this school.

Fantastic experience: Arun is an amazing instructor! Good communication, advice, and driving techniques. I passed my Driving Test in 8 minutes! The online portion is also very easy to follow along with. Ward's is great!

Fantastic experience: I did my drivers Ed class at Wards. And I highly recommend to do Wards. Before Wards I was a very nervous driver. Sometimes I didn’t feel like driving when my parents asked. After the first lesson with Wards I started to get more confident each time I drove for a lesson. My instructor was Yafeth and he was the best teacher there is. Taught me everything I needed to know, got my confidence up, and I’m not nervous about driving anymore. And I can’t thank Yafeth enough for getting my confidence up, to not be nervous and to just relax while driving on the roads.

Fantastic experience: I went through the Wards Driving during the pandemic. My online sessions with Puneet were extremely educational and informative. He gave numerous tips and tricks on things you would never think twice of doing (but that have a massive impact on driving mentality). My in-person lessons with Yafeth were amazing. He was thorough in every explanation and is able to change his teaching methods to suit each student (a highly under-rated skill in my opinion).

Fantastic experience: Great experience with Ward’s Driving ! I wanted to do a couple refresher lessons before my G test. It was last minute and with covid super busy but Puneet and Yafeth made sure to squeeze me in to get a couple lessons in beforehand. They are extremely accommodating. My driving instructor Yafeth taught me everything I needed to know again before going for my G test. He let me know his opinions and what I could work on / what I am doing great. He always made sure to tell me when I did something correct. He also made sure that I felt comfortable while driving. I definitely recommend Ward’s driving to anyone looking for lessons for their G1, G2 and G. I did all of my lessons from G1 in class to G practice lessons and have nothing but great things to say. Fantastic experience: I would like to thank, Arun for all his help to passed my G2. Arun, taught me several techniques and made sure that I understood every part of our driving lesson. He has a unique way of teaching to make my driving skills better. Before my road test I asked him if he had an extra time to teach me. Arun, made his time available although it was already late to book a time for a lesson that day. I really appreciate his support and compassion during my road test.

Fantastic experience: Very professional lessons and instruction from very knowledgeable driving instructors. I had Puneet for one lesson and Yafeth for the rest. Yafeth also took me to the road test, and showed me everything I need to know to pass and get my license. Fantastic experience: I'm happy I chose Ward's. I did private lessons with two instructors: Puneet and Yafeth. Puneet has eagle eyes and will spot (and correct) any driving issue promptly. He helped me to appreciate the importance of observations while driving and gave me a solid foundation of skills. Yafeth is a great explainer and has an encouraging teaching style which boosted my confidence. Both instructors really care about their students and go beyond simply imparting the Ministry standards. Highly recommended!
