Fantastic experience: I passed my road test today, and I would highly recommend this driving school. My instructor Vesna was very patient and she always provided me tips and handwritten notes on parts I needed to improve. Thanks to her, I got over my fear of driving and started to enjoy driving more. The customer service and the staffs on the phone were very helpful as well with rebooking lessons and accommodating with my needs. Thank you once again.

Fantastic experience: Great Customer Service! Currently sending my 4th kid through Valley. They have helped all my kids get trained and pass their tests. I have kids with some anxiety and neurological issues, and they always put in the extra effort to match the right instructor with my kids. My favorite part of working with Valley is their customer service. Whether you call in, email or use their live chat, they are quick, personable, helpful and can accommodate almost anything. Fantastic experience: I never wrote this review at the appropriate time, but I would rather be late than never, and I feel that the employees performance deserves recognition. Some time ago, I got lessons from a enthusiastic and kindly lady by the name of Vesna. I was very insecure about my driving at the time, and after less than joyful experiences with other instructors (not from Valley Driving) I was expecting a similar experience here. Let me tell you, readers, that Vesna was an absolute joy of an instructor! Very easy-going and understanding of my nervousness. Even my most embarrassingly inept mistakes were met with nothing but eagerness from Vesna to keep me in good spirits despite my own doubt! I found myself the most calm I've ever been driving with her as my instructor! She was very clear and detailed with her advice, making sure never to make me feel incompetent or at fault and assuring me that mistakes are good to make now so that we could improve on them immediately, which she did so very well. I personally consider her a key asset in my ability to get my license. Had it not been for her great teaching methods, calm and cheerful demeanor and ability to explain concepts that troubled me into easily rememberable and understandable ways was exactly the sort of approach I needed to succeed! I cannot express my gratitude well enough with such an awfully over-due review for such a professional and pleasant instructor! I'd recommend her in a heartbeat and Valley Driving should feel proud to have Vesna representing their company and values!

Fantastic experience: We turned to Valley Driving School after not being satisfied with our experience with an alternate driving school. The communication with Valley Driving School across their different platforms was easy, friendly, and responsive. The instructor for the lessons, put my child at ease, listened to her concerns, and worked with her to make her experience positive. The driving reports sent after every lesson were constructive and helped identify areas to focus on in-between lessons. My child passed her road test with a perfect drive which I don't think would have happened without Valley Driving School.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Valley Driving School in Abbotsford was absolutely amazing. I took lessons for my Class 3 license with air brakes, and it was a fantastic experience, from start to finish. My instructor Frank was truly wonderful. He was supportive and encouraging, which helped build my driving confidence and make sure that I had a solid understanding of all elements of the pre-trip inspection. Frank was generous with feedback and adapted each lesson to my priorities and needs. He seemed genuinely invested in my success, which paid off when I passed my road test! The office staff were super helpful, scheduling lessons around my other commitments and patiently answering my (many) questions. It's clear that the school really cares about their students. A big shout-out to the mechanics who keep the trucks in great working order too! Valley Driving School was recommended to me by several friends who did their Class 3 there, and I'm so glad I went with this school. They've got a great team. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: ***Update*** She did It!! Passed her road test NOW a CLASS 5 driver!! I can't say enough about this company they are truly amazing to deal with very good communication. From easy booking through having to re-scheduling. When I initially called back 18 mths ago, I wanted my daughter to fast track her graduated licensing program. Not a problem I called over the a Christmas break back in 2022 and wanted her to have her "N" licence for February. They quickly plunked her in class lessons got them all completed did her road lessons and in February went for her road test. We where worried as there was no available spots in Chilliwack for her "N" road test but the fellows at the front desk Abbotsford Location helped us out and found a time slot for her in Abbotsford just before our February 11th deadline to take her road test. Asia pasted her "N" road testing with flying colors! Here we are today August 2024 and she will be doing her (Full Licence) road test on Monday. Valley Driving School was scheduled for a brush up lesson this Thursday but for un-seen circumstances the follow up lesson had to be cancelled. Not a problem Valley Driving School quickly re-scheduled her lesson for Saturday morning under short notice. I have been extremely happy with this company and recommend them to everyone that has a teen looking to drive. I have 1 more daughter and she will be definitely goin to Valley Driving School.

I was happy they offered a course on the weekend, so I didn’t miss any work. Everyone who works for Valley Driving School is helpful, cheerful and has a great sense of humour. Fantastic experience: I got my class 7 license yesterday . I chose Valley Driving School based on many recommendations. I called the school and told them I needed to get my license soon, as I had only five weeks. They assigned me an instructor, and I was informed by their office that I had been paired with one of their best. My first impression was very positive, and I felt confident right away. I am happy to say that my driving instructor, Vesna, was the best. She is friendly, chill, educated and always has a smile. To be honest, she always brings positive vibes. She understands you well, points out your mistakes, and explains how to improve. If you don’t understand something, she will draw diagrams to show you exactly how to get it right. At the end of each session, she writes down points that you need to practice. She never rushes you. Thanks to her instructions, I knew I was going to pass my road test by my last in-car lesson. I have no words to express my gratitude. I highly recommend Valley Driving School, especially the well-educated Vesna, to anyone. Fantastic experience: Took driving lessons and classes through Valley Driving School. I got the ePackage: Class 7 Graduated Licensing Program (with Road Test) for $1748. Although expensive I think it was worth it. I booked with the same teacher for all 6 classes, her name was Pat. She was super nice and great at explaining things. I also booked all my on road lessons with the same instructor, her name was Vesna. We really connected, and she read me like a book. She knew exactly why I would react certain ways, noticed every little thing I did (in a good way), explained why I was doing these things and helped me try and correct them. The lessons were in a way like therapy sessions also in a good way. She could tell I had a ton of driving anxiety. I was difficult case because of all my anxiety but also because I had no one to practice with at home so all the driving lessons I was getting was with her. Which they don’t recommend, they recommend the lessons with their instructors but also lessons at home. My Dad was also going through cancer and dying so it was an extremely difficult time for me. But she opened up to me and we connected which made me feel a lot more comfortable. When it came time for the driving test, I didn’t pass. But I was very distracted because my Dad had passed a little under a month before the test. Vesna consoled me after the test and told me it was okay. She said she was very proud of me for taking the test in the first place. Which meant a lot. She also encouraged me to try again when I can, also saying I should give it some time so I can grieve and try to get some lessons with a family member or friend. Overall she was amazing, she knew how to make me comfortable and was able to talk me through the anxiety I would feel. She truly went above and beyond for me, her kindness and compassion is something I will never forget. I recommend everyone have her as an instructor!

Fantastic experience: Vesna, was my instructor in Abbotsford and helped me be prepared for and pass my N drivers test on the first try. I can’t say enough about how instrumental she was in giving me the knowledge and confidence to be a better driver. I wasn’t feeling very confident in my driving but after 3 lessons with Vesna, where she helped me with my parking, and familiarized me with the driving routes, I was ready to take my test. Fantastic experience: Recently for the unrestricted class 4 course and testing. Had a great experience. I was very happy with my instructor Rob. He did a great gob of teaching the pre-trip and on road driving skills. He was also very helpful when I was experiencing some anxiety just before the test. The vehicle was decent and was appropriate for the task. I passed first try with flying colors. Fantastic experience: Rob greatly helped me with practicing for my road test. He taught me things I would have never thought about during the test, with his great and detailed instruction I was able to pass the road test on my first try. I highly recommend asking for Rob when booking instructions!

Negative experience: Stay away if you want motorcycle license. Pretty disrespectful. There motorcycle instructor Dillon thinks he is top the of the line. Was 6 min late because can't find there spot. No signs for valley driving school in that parking lot. No written instruction were given if you were 5 min late you can't attend classes. They told me if you are not satisfied. Will refund me full. Only 50 % was refund. They ruined my whole week. If you call you will in in circle. Please don't waste your time and money. Stay away if you want motorcycle license don't know about others

Fantastic experience: Just passed my class 7 road test today, and that was all thanks to Vesna. She was an awesome instructor, very knowledgeable and professional, she taught me everything I needed to learn about the rules of the road, and being a safe driver. I would highly recommend booking some practice driving sessions with her.
