Negative experience: Horrible horrible experience. I paid for a package of $450. Including 5 lessons and a road test. Only 3 lessons were used. The remaining of the funds was stolen from the customer. I strongly recommend not to use them. Please avoid this company. There is no manners, no customer service.

With respect to sessions, my instructor syed with his experience, continuous feedback and positive attitude made the whole learning process simple that really helped and gave me required confidence on the final test day.

Negative experience: Very disappointed. First, my lesson was scheduled TWO weeks after I texted, when the day came, it was cancelled about an hour or so before my lesson because the car had issues, which is understandable so we rescheduled, two days after, the instructor said he's a bit behind schedule. 50 minutes AFTER we scheduled my lesson for, he asked for my address saying he was on the way now, 50 minutes after the scheduled time!!! I told him to cancel, and he kept calling and texting after I said to just cancel as I find this unbelievably unprofessional and unacceptable. adding to my complaint, $50 fee was the original fee for my lesson, I was asked to transfer them $6 with no explanation, the lady insisted that it was just part of the fee, just wasn't on the website.
