Negative experience: Taiba is a very rude and condescending instructor. I wish there was an option to give her 0 stars.

Negative experience: My sister had terrible experience with Taiba. Taiba was extremely arrogant and condescending throughout the lessons. Instead of offering helpful feedback, she constantly criticized in a rude and unprofessional manner, which made my sister learning stressful and uncomfortable. She seemed more interested in showing off her skills than teaching her how to improve. I would not recommend this instructor to anyone looking for a supportive and patient learning environment. If I could give this ZERO stars I would because of Taiba.

Negative experience: my experience with ultimate drivers was a disaster and horrible. driving instructors kept cancelling lessons all the time , it was so bad i was getting one lesson a month. i moved houses during my lessons i moved 10 mins away , i told my driving intstructor i moved and gave him my new address but he would procceed to show up at my old house, very unproffessional. one time i booked a lesson weeks in advance, he said yes to the lesson time. then right before the lesson he tells me he has a road test booked that day. i dont know how this place is still in business it. they barley teach and one time i was literally told by the instructor to " come back when my family teaches my how to drive". what a waste of good money i was spending....

Negative experience: Completely unsafe teachers. Saw an instructor stop a learning driver in the middle of hwy 25 to do a U turn. Full stop as there was alot of traffic coming from the other direction. It is instructors like that that are making roads no longer safe. Do not use this company.

Fantastic experience: Online classes were thorough and straight forward. In person lessons were easy to understand and had all the details about the G2 test I needed. I was paired with Teyyeba, lessons were great

Negative experience: I wish there was an option for zero star as it is not safe to register for classes from a center whose instructors claim to have their own business and book driving tests for you without your consent. They will tell you to contact the office here but even if you contact the main manager Sam, who said it was highly unprofessional of their employee to say this and promised to help but they never get back and all that I had were three terrible lessons where the instructor complained about her domestic issues rather than focusing on the road.

Negative experience: Beyond disappointed. In class sessions are great driving instructors assigned to my children have been terrible. Constantly cancelling, poor communication and no respect for customers because most of them are kids. Several phone calls to express my concerns have gone unanswered. Do your kids a favour and go to another driving school.

Fantastic experience: Props to my driving instructor Rana! I remember seeing a lot of positive reviews about him in the Milton Ultimate Drivers Google reviews, and he didn’t disappoint at all. He’s a very patient instructor that provided safe and easy to understand tips to different driving techniques, and made me so much less anxious on the road. As I’m writing this, I also just passed my driving test first try (though I did have 2 other instructors before Rana that I had bad experiences with, who didn’t relieve my anxiety of driving). If you’re an anxious learner like I was, I recommend Rana as your instructor

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible school. Driving instructors were consistently late or rescheduling lessons. When I went to go get my G2, the instructor had another student driver drive us to the test center. This particular student was a terrible driver and put me in danger while at the wheel. Highly don't recommend

Fantastic experience: I took my lesson with Ms Taiba, she is a great person and is very kind. She taught me great skills and because of her I gain a lot of confidence to drive a car and I just passed my G2 road test because of her. I really enjoyed her company and I also recommend others to take lessons from her.

Negative experience: Unfortunately my experience with Ultimate drivers has been disappointed. It started with technical issues for my daughter attending her in person class that ended up switching to online. Just to find even more issues. When she finished her online classes, stated the problem of booking her driving lessons: few spots and last minute cancellation from the teachers. She was set up with a different teacher that is overbooked because it seems he is one of the few good instructors. So my daughter is having one class every three weeks which is very frustrating and is not really helping her to develop the skills she need to be prepared for the road. A very frustrating experience with this academy unfortunately.

Fantastic experience: In class was pretty good and wasn’t just speaking off a page it was engaging, my driving instructor David was awesome.. from first lesson he was calm and collected and an overall nice guy. Fantastic experience: When I got my G1 I wasn’t 100% positive on if I was ready to start driving as it was a new thing for me. I decided to pick ultimate drivers to help gain confidence and Ahmad Zia really helped with that confidence. Having an instructor like Ahmad Zia made me feel comfortable and confident with getting my G2. Each class with Ahmad Zia I learnt how to drive with safety and confidence.

Fantastic experience: When I got my g1 I was scared to start driving but when I starting doing driving lessons with Ahmad Zia he really helped me gain confidence in my driving and helped me learn many different defensive driving skills to make sure I was ready for my G2. Ms. Tiba was very patient with me and my sisters, who were also taking lessons from her. She not only taught us but also became a friend we could be open with. She never yelled at me for my mistakes but instead helped me through my lessons. I always felt safe around her. She is very a kind person. Fantastic experience: Noha is a great instructor, she’s patient, she shares many useful tips with me while I’m driving. She makes me feel comfortable while driving I passed my test from first time with her help.

Negative experience: This was about two years ago when I was preparing my G2 road test. I had the most borderline abusive instructor, he was a middle aged brown man who always wore sunglasses. I forgot his name but I still remember my experience. He made me feel really unsafe and screamed at me frequently if I made a small mistake, made very unnecessary backhanded remarks and belittle me with the intention of making me feel stupid. One time while unsuccessfully trying to practice parking in an empty parking lot he started yelling me to the point I was brought to sobbing tears with no sympathy. I was only a new driver at that time. I didn’t make any mistakes worthy to receive that kind of behaviour yet I was belittled and felt made fun of while trying to learn. At one point I felt like I was discriminated based off my gender and race. Because I felt mentally unsafe with this man I suspended my lessons and took the test on my own. Please be careful and know your boundaries. I was not given a safe space to learn. I withheld from writing a review at that time because I didn’t want to harm this instructor’s reputation but looking back at my experience I wouldn’t want another person to go through what I did. Ultimate Drivers, please keep your instructors in check.

Negative experience: My biggest complaint with Ultimate Drivers is their online portion, however this is not the fault of the location themselves. The in-person driving lessons were good, aside from a six week delay due to another student having gotten into a crash with my instructor. Most likely would not reccomend.
