Negative experience: My child had 5 road lessons with a different instructor every lesson. When it came time for the road test they did not show up. Lost 4 hours from our day, and a disappointed kid who had to wait and rebook the road test. No explanation from the company, other then we will call you back in 5 mins, and never called back. When online help was sought, it was never available. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I wish I had the option to not give a star, they do not even deserve a 1 star

Fantastic experience: I did my driving lessons with High Class Driving school and I highly recommend them. I was very nervous to drive at the beginning of my lessons. I have put off driving for many years due to anxiety. Once I started my lessons, I felt myself get less nervous over time. I felt the instructors I had were very informative and explained certain things to me very well. I found I was becoming more comfortable getting behind the wheel. By the time it came to take my test, I felt like I was prepared and was less nervous than I was expecting to be. They motivated me, teach, allowed me to take my time to memorize all the road signs and lanes, observed my skills in intersection, and taught me the proper way to manuever the steering wheel.They also teach me how to anticipate and observe the flow of traffic. Negative experience: I do not recommend this driving school. In addition to being unengaging, robotic, and painfully slow, the videos are glitchy and freeze often. My son had to re-watch several modules after having completed large portions of them. The videos kept freezing at the same point, indicating this was not an issue with our internet connection or devices, then forcing him to restart the videos. There is no option to fast forward to where he left off. This has resulted in a significant amount of wasted time and frustration. Communication and customer service leaves much to be desired as I have had no response to my messages regarding these issues.

Negative experience: Online information modules meant to teach the rules of the road/driving contain frequent errors in grammar or in diagrams. As well, information is often disorganized to the point of being confusing or contradictory. Best parts of course are 3rd party videos that presumably have been rented for use by the class; overall, seems cheaply and quickly made. Not entirely ineffective for learning, but there are probably better courses out there, especially for the price.
