Negative experience: Worst school ever seen . They are thieves. At first they talk very good and when they get money they don’t care and don’t give service. Please don’t visit to them . They just do sugar coating nothing else. They push you to give money.

Positive experience: I got my licence in 2nd attempt at brampton location 1st time i was nervous because examiner was very rude and fail me but second time i got licence only with 5 mistakesand with the help of all qualified staff at metro special thanks Sahil,harry,Laxman and GA which give me best training with skills. I gave 4 star because training staff have no comparison with anybody but metro school first said you can give 2 test in this fee but after i failed they denied and ask 350$ extra so that was reason they lost 1 star and trust. So if u want get skill with licence definitely visit metro but please double check everything while sign paper and fee.

Negative experience: Worse experience instructor is rude and George blows up your phone and harasses you after reaching out to him and telling him I will contact him for further details he just continues to call and text does. not respect your space also scheduled me for a test which I didn’t get to do because of a delay but he chose not to refund me or accommodate me straight rip off I will take my business somewhere else

Positive experience: Good school, good teachers. If you listen to the instructions and read the material given to you there shouldn’t be any reason you don’t pass. If you’re thinking of taking the manual AZ training in summer I’d think again. Both their manual trucks are old, beat up and have no working A/C. From what I’ve heard from the instructors the company says they aren’t “fixable”. Not fun knowing you paid extra for manual training and to be in 40 degree weather with no A/C.

Fantastic experience: I got my licence back in December 2015, safe to say the people over at Metro Truck Driving School are good people with kind hearts, I saw my instructor Dilip at the Esso off Langstaff and Huntington road and it felt good to catch up after all these years, of course, I had to get him and the trainee a coffee, Thanks to Metro I got into bigger things and I'm currently driving pony-pup hauling big boy 63,500KG with hopes to get into oversized flatbed!

Negative experience: Scam. They send you to a walk in that doesn't test your urine sample and they know it. Getting reported to the MTO so a full investigation can be done. Get you license from a legit company. The person at the front desk lied and gave me false information.

Negative experience: Horrible customer service. A company that is just out for your money, doesn't follow up with their clients with regards to rescheduling a date as if they're purposely trying make it so you don't make their 10 day rescheduling policy and lose your money and have to repay full price to rebook. What a complete joke, if you deal with George. GOOD LUCK.

Both were very kind and helpful in getting me prepared for my F Class Licence ! I was extremely worried about the circle check, Suzie took away my worries and gave me that confidence. Negative experience: My name is Abdulazeez, ...check ur records. you guys are too money focused. Other students and even your instructors can attest to this. Secondly you guys always make simple processes complex and difficult. Even to get receipts for tax purposes from you guys was a whole lot if hassle. I called , i came to the office. All dissapointing.

Fantastic experience: The best truck school. I got my CZ from here. Small groups and you will get individual attention. Will be going back here for sure in future for any upgrades to my License.

Positive experience: Pros: 1. Excellent instructors that really know their stuff 2. One on one instruction which you won’t find anywhere else except for Humber trust me! 3. Flexible scheduling but forget about working a full time job during this training unless you want to be worn out to the bone 4. Cost is within the range of other schools Cons: 1. If you fail your road test, which everyone mostly does, and the fee is included in your initial pacakage, they will absolutely exploit you and pillage you for retaking another road test using their trucks 2. Their continuous fees for training are insane and unjustified for students that already paid $4-5k These cons are the reasons I gave 3 starts because of how difficult it is to pass a road test on the first shot and how much these guys drain your pockets for future tests and training. My advice: go for initial training and road test with Metro and if you fail your road test, go and book with another school. They will give you a much better package that includes a road test and some training! Goodluck
