Fantastic experience: I completed my Driver’s Ed course with Jawad, and I can honestly say it was a very positive and worthwhile experience. From start to finish, the course was well organized, informative, and focused on developing real driving skills rather than just preparing students to pass a test. Jawad is super awesome and gave us Los of candy Jawad is a knowledgeable and professional instructor who clearly understands both the rules of the road and how to teach them effectively. He explains concepts in a clear, logical way and takes the time to make sure everyone understands before moving on. Whether it was road signs, right-of-way situations, or defensive driving strategies, the explanations were thorough and practical. One of the strongest aspects of Jawad’s teaching is his emphasis on safety and awareness. He consistently reinforces good habits such as checking blind spots, scanning intersections, maintaining safe following distances, and anticipating the actions of other drivers. Truly an awesome teacher and awesome course This course was awesome 100% recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Jawad was so amazing I highly recommend Safe2Pass he gives out LOTS of candy and we all loved him a lot. He was very engaging and I learned lots of defensive driving skills. Some important things that I learnt was blind spots, parking and the best insurance (which is Third Party) Liability. Fantastic experience: Very informative and interactive program with a very fun instructor! All of my questions were answered in a way that didn’t lead me to any further confusion. On the last day, we did a VR driving activity to practice skills imperative to driving such as checking blind spots and knowing where everything is in the car. The instructor, Jawad, has a strong ability to take what could be a trivial topic like driving theory and turn it into something interesting and thought-provoking, which makes it much easier to stay focused and retain information. He uses diagrams very effectively to explain complex situations and efficiently drills key concepts into students within a short period of time without making the lessons feel rushed. Although the facility is small, it provides a comfortable and focused learning environment that supports effective instruction. Overall, Safe2Pass has prepared me very well in terms of driving theory, and I now feel confident and ready to pass my G2 test.

Negative experience: Feedback from Emmanuella: Please read to the end. I usually do not leave feedback, but taking my G2 was my biggest hurdle this year and it was a success but not with the help of Safe2pass, and I feel the need to share this. I would not call my experience with this driving school a success, from start to finish. I also would not recommend them. I started by paying for 10 hours. My first instructor was extremely inconsistent. Lessons were spaced so far apart that every class felt like starting all over again. I was not building confidence or momentum. Eventually, I had to contact the school myself to request another instructor. I then paid for another 10 hours, making it 20 hours total. This meant waking up at 6 AM every day and spending extra money on Uber just to get to Walkley as the instructor informed me coming to pick me will cut into the practice time.. in hindsight, I don’t know why I agreed to that. Those 2 hour sessions felt long. I had already booked my driving test when, just one day before, the instructor told me she could not let me use her car for the test and she has also told the driving school so they won’t offer me a car as well. After 20 paid hours and all the sacrifice, it felt like I would keep paying forever and never be “ready.” To make things worse, when I reflected on those 20 hours, I realized I had not even learned a three point turn. The instructor insisted she had taught me, but there is no way I would forget learning something that important. Because of the last minute refusal to use her car, I had to scramble to find another one for my test. A friend then recommended a different driving school. I booked just two sessions, one hour each. That instructor was calm, patient, and reassuring. From day one, he told me I could pass and constantly calmed me down when I get anxious. I ended up using his car for my test, passed my G2, and even after the test, he stayed with me until I received my temporary license. That is the kind of instructor I would recommend to anyone. If you want his contact, leave a comment and I will gladly connect you. There was no discouragement from him. With Safe2Pass, all I heard was “you are not ready” and “you cannot pass.” I already struggle with anxiety, so hearing that constantly made things worse, not better. My honest feedback is this. No one becomes a perfect driver in 10 or 20 hours. People become good drivers by driving more and gaining confidence. What instructors should focus on is preparing students properly for their G2. I did not even start practicing on Walkley until my 20 hours were almost over. If you are choosing a driving school, choose someone who builds confidence, not fear.

Fantastic experience: Jawad is a very nice and entertaining teacher, he always has very nice outfits on that make him look very professional, including his collection of beautiful watches. (NOT FORGETTING THE FACT THAT HE LOOKS LIKE HES IN HIS MID 30s) He always helped me finish my work and would give me candy if I couldn’t stay awake or focused. He always had such good patience with me and would work through with me if I was struggling. Kareem was also very kind helpful with the Vr. The Vr was very helpful and realistic.We had lots of laughs and eduacated moments. Thank you so much for an awesome and helpful time and for helping me pass my drivers ed. I hope to see you guys in the future and will make sure to tell everyone about safe to pass.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 top tier class experience! I loved this place, I expected this course to be boring but I got surprised as I entered an extremely cool ambiance with arguably the best teacher in the city. Plus, the skills learnt here are some that you cannot learn anywhere else! That being said, this place is perfectly organized, great break timing. Overall, fun experience. In sum, I extremely recommend coming here for driving school. Trust me, the teacher Jawad won’t disappoint.

And honestly, I wish I had done that from the start. She immediately spotted exactly what I was doing wrong and helped me through it in a way that actually made sense. Fantastic experience: I signed up for driving school and got Nibras as my teacher. She was an amazing driving teacher and in only 5 classes, I was able to learn how to drive safely and effectively and come very far from the first time I drove a car in my life; a few months ago. She was extremely kind and patient and it really benefitted me as a learner to have a safe environment.

Negative experience: The worst driving instructors ever the trainer let's people drive but does not train them well the worst trainers I have ever seen they teach people Tove evil on the road to disrespect other drivers highly do not recommend this company there are way better driving schools then this please boycott this. Fantastic experience: It had been a few months since I had taken the G1 test. This course made me feel more comfortable with the rules and signs I had already studied, but also taught me the actual technique involved with driving. I learned how to improve my judgement and analyzed many crash scenes. It gave me an in-depth perspective on the road that I would have otherwise missed! Also, the teacher was super engaging.

Fantastic experience: This course provides very important skills and also helps with comprehension on insurance and practical everyday life skills. The class sizes are small which makes it easier for one on one learning, interaction and asking questions. The teacher is excellent at explaining things and the course uses many different ways to teach skills (from informational videos, to 3D model cars and collision analysis). They provide everything you need from pens, workbooks and even candy!

Positive experience: Safe2pass is a great driving school. Went for beginner lessons and I would definitely recommend. The teachers are amazing and reliable, the environment is clean. Tried to schedule what I wanted and the person who responded to my email did not quote me the correct price two and was going to charge me more than what the website was advertising it for. Very disappointed. $59 for 1 hr, $143 for 1 hr before the test with a car rental.

Negative experience: I reached out to this company in July for driving lessons and booked with an instructor named Lina. We agreed to meet on the 19th at my test location. The night before, very late in the evening, she tried to reschedule, but I told her that wouldn’t work for me. On the 19th, she never showed up—no cancellation, no message. About 30 minutes later, after I texted asking where she was, she send me a text just to say “not today, maybe tomorrow.” Completely unprofessional. I reported this to the company with screenshots and asked for another instructor. They told me they would get another for me, only for him to message me late in the evening on the next day (the 20th). The lack of reliability and communication is shocking. I honestly don’t know how they are running a business with service like this. Do not recommend. Waste of time!

Fantastic experience: My instructor was a woman named Lina, she was very patient with me and gives good advice. She also makes you practice on easier roads to let you get the hang of it first before going in bigger roads which helped a lot since you’re less nervous after.

Negative experience: When I was looking for a driving school, I chose Safe2Pass because of their great reviews. Unfortunately, my personal experience did not live up to those expectations. After completing the required 30 online hours, I contacted the school to book lessons with an instructor named Raju. I had two sessions with him, but both left me feeling frustrated and uncomfortable. He negatively impacted my learning experience. When I contacted the school to explain the situation, the person who answered the phone was aggressive and dismissive. He told me that without proof, he couldn't believe my side of the story yet he fully believed the instructor, also without proof. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously or handled professionally. Thankfully, I was later connected with another instructor, Nibras Al-Qaysi, who completely turned my experience around. She is professional, punctual, and clearly passionate about teaching. She uses a timer in her car, explains things in a simple and clear way, and is very patient even when I make mistakes. She encourages repetition until I fully understand, and she made me feel confident and supported throughout the process. I highly recommend Nibras to anyone looking for a reliable and effective driving instructor. I'm truly grateful I continued with her. Passed on my first try! However, as an overall experience with the driving school, it was disappointing and far from what I expected.

Fantastic experience: Ruaa is the best instructor you could ever get!!! I used to be such an anxious and bad driver but once I started taking lessons with her, I became confident and much better at driving. She explains everything so well and calmly, and has so many helpful tips and tricks that I hadn’t heard of from anyone before. Best of all, she is so patient! For the first time, after having been with other intructors in the past, I felt at ease and not stressed with her. Today, I passed my G2 test on the first try, thanks to her :) I will always recommend her to absolutely anyone.

Fantastic experience: I learned a lot in this class. I feel like I will be a better driver when I am on the roads. I feel more confident and i even learned some things about my own driving style. I did the VR and it was an interesting experience. From that I learned what I will need to practice more. Our instructor was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and made sure we understood. He even used several visual aids on a board and with little cars
