Negative experience: I booked with NextGenDriving school for my G test after not driving for a few years. My driving instructor was extremely unprofessional. My driving instructor would spend the entire lesson talking on the phone instead of paying attention to my driving. If he wasn't talking on the phone he would be texting. When trying to learn how to park he would tell me "i just need to figure it out" and "clearly i just wasn't getting it". He was frequently late to our agreed upon lesson time and would frequently make stops to do errands on our drive. Overall, i have decided not to finish my purchased lessons with this driving school as I was paying to just listen to someone make phone calls.
