Negative experience: While the communication and arrangements to signup for this school were fantastic and the online portion exactly what my child was looking for the actual in car lessons were a waste of time and money. My teen spent all 10 hours in our subdivision and did not venture out, did not drive on any major road the instructor spent most of the lessons on his cell phone. 24 hours after leaving a message with this company requesting a refund for use of the car for the driving test which we obviously were no longer interested in the instructor called my teen. Coincidence?? We heard nothing back from the company or our requested refund. With another school we have now spent an additional almost $500 for more in car lessons and use of a new instructors car for the test. By the way the new instructors had my teen driving on Taunton Rd on their first in car session. Please be wary.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional. The office does not return calls and only contacted me when they wanted payment even though full payment had already been made. The instructor asked that he be contacted directly for extra lessons if I was paying by cash. Would not recommend this driving school.

Fantastic experience: Here is an account of my experience: I heard a lot of good things about Best Choice Driving School from friends and colleagues, they all recommended the instructor Randeep. So, I decided to choose them for my G2 road test. I took the Gold Package, completed the BDE course (20 hours in class & 10 hours online) as I am new to driving in Canada and luckily the institute paired me up with the highly recommended instructor Randeep. He is a great instructor, pays close attention to detail and taught me all the tips and tricks for safe and defensive driving. He chatted with me after every class and guided me on what worked and where I needed improvement. As per the package I completed 10 in car driving lessons + took 2 extra lessons to ensure that I felt confident and was ready for my G2 road test. He booked and took me for my road test to Lindsay, needless to say I passed the G2 Road Test without any problem. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Randeep for training me so well that now I can confidently drive on the roads without any fear. So, if anyone is new to Canadian driving or must retake their Road Test, I would highly recommend they go to Best Choice and ask for Randeep, and I assure you that you will pass the test in the first shot. Positive experience: I had Rubina coach me for my G exam. On the road, she was extremely calm especially when I made any significant errors. She never yelled, and I never felt scared or intimidated. She showed me the routes that would be used for testing, and one of the routes ended up being the one I got tested on. Because of her, I had a clear of idea of what speed to merge into the highway at, depending on the traffic flow, and was not scared as I entered and exited the highway on my test.

Negative experience: I was driving behind a student driver when suddenly they stopped and started backing up into me! I'm not blaming the student because they don't know better, but the driving instructor should know better! I wouldn't recommend this place if you want to learn how to drive without causing accidents. If they can't teach proper driving, they're just creating more bad drivers.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Ms Sima was incredible. I passed my G2 test in a few classes after failing twice last year. What difference did she make? She didn't cause anxiety and panic while I am driving like both the other instructors did in my earlier attempts. She was so calm even if I made mistakes (definitely new drivers will make mistakes otherwise why would they hire an instructor) which was the only thing I needed. Everybody told me all the instructors talk and behave anxious, they scream and keep instructing continuosly while you drive and this made me lose hope for my G2 license. I just went by the reviews and somehow got her very randomly and now I can't say it enough how thankful I am to her for making it all possible. I have already recommended her to 2 of my friends and would highly recommend you specially if driving and the driving test gives you anxiety. She will not only get you the license but also makes you confident for driving on the road later.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with this driving school when preparing for my G2. Fantastic experience: I have had nothing but great experiences from Best Choice Driving School. I had Randeep as my driving instructor when practicing for both my G2 and G, he played a major role in teaching me how to be a safe driver and helping me feel 100% comfortable behind the wheel. In addition to being a great teacher, Randeep was always very kind and patient all throughout our lessons, reassuring me whenever I would get nervous. I did my in-class learning portion in-person and I had an enjoyable experience learning about road safety in a classroom-like environment (teacher was amazing). All in all, I would definitely recommend going with Best Choice Oshawa! :)

Negative experience: Subject: Extremely Displeased with Refund Policy I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Best Choice Driving School. Despite providing a detailed explanation for my inability to complete the driving section, they refused to offer a partial refund. I find it unfair that the money allocated for the driving portion is now gone, especially when circumstances beyond my control prevented me from completing it. This lack of flexibility and understanding from Best Choice Driving School has left me frustrated and disappointed. I expected better customer service and a more reasonable approach to handling such situations. It is disheartening to see a company prioritize profit over customer satisfaction, especially when faced with genuine reasons for not completing a service. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider choosing Best Choice Driving School unless they are willing to risk losing their hard-earned money without any consideration for unforeseen circumstances.

Positive experience: I had an overall great experience with Best Choice. The bde lessons were taught very well in person and I enjoyed it. I had some issues with a driving instructor but it was quickly resolved and I got a new driving instructor. Shoutout to Randeep for teaching me to drive properly and being patient with me. He makes sure that I understand and acts like a good friend. Thank you Best Choice for helping me pass my G2 test.

Fantastic experience: Best choice driving school stands by its name and is actually the best driving school. I was assigned Mr. Randeep as my in car driving lessons instructor and he trained me from someone who never drove before to someone who passed G2 test and now is confident in driving on his own. He’s a really experienced driving instructor and knows what he’s doing. So i would suggest everyone to go ahead with Best choice driving school.

Fantastic experience: Today I passed my G2 in FIRST TIME TRY. My instructor is Ms. Lai. She's super nice and friendly. She calmed me down every time I started to be panicked. She's very knowledgeable, experience and careful. always check up if I understand the lessons. Highly recommend her!
